5. Payment & Fees
5.1 All fees must be paid in advance during the booking process.

6. Late Attendance & No-Shows
6.1 If you join your appointment within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will continue as scheduled.
6.2 If you fail to join within 15 minutes, it will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged.
